SPS Commerce, a cloud-based supply chain software provider with a retail network serving tens of thousands of customers, needed an LMS that would reduce support contacts by delivering timely, contextual training through a highly usable and customizable interface. The results: over 26,000 learners enrolled in the first year and average session times exceeding 30 minutes, stronger learner engagement, faster course authoring and a measurable shift toward fewer support interactions thanks to the SchoolKeep-enabled training program.
