SPS Commerce, a cloud-based supply chain software provider with a retail network serving tens of thousands of customers, needed an LMS that would reduce support contacts by delivering timely, contextual training through a highly usable and customizable interface. After evaluating options, SPS chose SchoolKeep as its customer training LMS to power a branded academy that could personalize content by product and audience.

Using SchoolKeep, SPS built Training Center—leveraging SchoolKeep’s API for bulk enrollment and segmentation, reusable course templates and in-platform authoring plus reporting/Google Analytics—to centralize training and streamline content creation.
