St Andrew’s Catholic College - Customer Case Study

St Andrew’s Catholic College worked with Schoolbox to address a fragmented ed-tech environment that forced teachers to use multiple disconnected products and homegrown websites. This created an inconsistent learning experience, lost staff time, and caused students to waste time moving between systems, while parents were overwhelmed by messages from too many channels.

Schoolbox implemented a consolidated digital learning environment across Prep to Year 12, supported by its Professional Services and School Engagement teams, to centralise learning, teaching, and parent communication. The new platform reduced staff training time, recovered the 12.5% of learning time previously lost to system-hopping, and enabled targeted, timely communication to improve engagement, while also setting the College up to consolidate assessment, reporting, and evidence of learning in one system.
