Schneider Electric deployed EcoStruxure solutions—EcoStruxure Building Advisor, EcoStruxure Building Operation and Energy Expert—alongside connected products (Automation Server, KNX lighting control, SE8000 room controllers, Powertag), over 150 sensors, lighting/blinds and AV integration. The result was a modular, single‑platform system that enabled IoT‑driven operations, condition‑based maintenance, and improved occupant comfort, delivering measurable outcomes: 30% reduction in energy usage, over 150 sensors monitoring space and air quality, and 30% reduction in operational costs.
