To deliver a world‑class, comfortable and energy‑efficient building, UST engaged Schneider Electric and deployed EcoStruxure solutions, including EcoStruxure Building, EcoStruxure Building Operation, SmartX Controller and EM6400 power meters.

Schneider Electric implemented EcoStruxure Building Operation to integrate HVAC, lighting, power, CCTV and third‑party systems into a single digital interface with edge control, analytics and connected products. The solution improved comfort and IoT visibility, helped maintain LEED and IGBC Gold status, and delivered measurable impact: expected 15% OpEx savings in two years and over 90% office workforce retention (under 10% attrition).
