To digitize and move to smart manufacturing, ROSO partnered with Schneider Electric and adopted the EcoStruxure Machine solution (including EcoStruxure Machine Advisor, AVEVA’s System Platform, Modicon PLCs, Harmony HMI, Altivar and Lexium drives).

Schneider Electric implemented a full EcoStruxure Machine stack—connected products, edge control and apps/analytics—to enable automated order-to-production scheduling, digital formula management, remote maintenance and real‑time process data collection. The solution delivered measurable results: 10–20% higher production efficiency, 20% reduced energy consumption, optimized raw‑material inventory and equipment utilization, lower labor requirements and fewer human errors, and improved product qualification rates.
