Preview of the T-Mobile Arena Case Study

T-Mobile Arena - Customer Case Study

T-Mobile Arena, the new Las Vegas Strip venue developed by AEG and MGM Resorts International, faced a tight 12–16 month build window and a strict budget while needing systems that could support up to 160 events a year and quickly adapt environmental conditions for diverse shows. To meet those challenges, T-Mobile Arena partnered with Schneider Electric and deployed the EcoStruxure platform to design building controls and infrastructure on the fly.

Schneider Electric implemented EcoStruxure-driven solutions for critical cooling, power and electrical distribution, energy management, environmental control, and security, giving staff advanced, flexible control over the venue’s environment. The result was seamless operation for attendees, significant savings on operational costs, achievement of sustainability goals, and recognition as the first LEED Gold certified sports and entertainment facility in Las Vegas.
