Resorts World Las Vegas, a 7M+ square-foot, 66-story mega-resort with 3,506 rooms, set out to make sustainability central to its design and guest experience. To meet ambitious energy, water, and operational goals during construction and operation, Resorts World Las Vegas partnered with Schneider Electric and deployed EcoStruxure for Hotels/EcoStruxure Building Operation to provide building automation and real‑time operational visibility.

Schneider Electric implemented EcoStruxure Building Operation and related EcoStruxure solutions to monitor hundreds of thousands of data sources, control HVAC and the central utility plant, and integrate disparate third‑party systems across the mixed‑use property. The solution enabled remote management and site‑wide visibility, delivered reliable power across 7M+ square feet, helped the resort’s hotels achieve LEED Gold, and achieved measurable results including 30% energy savings over baseline while streamlining monitoring and operations.
