Sodexo engaged Schneider Electric to support the expansion and modernization of its APAC House in Singapore to accommodate more than 200 employees while reflecting a progressive, flexible workplace culture. Facing no prior visibility into energy use and a need to support hot‑desking, varied work styles and wellbeing goals, Sodexo sought a partner to optimize energy savings and employee comfort; the project leveraged Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure portfolio, including EcoStruxure Workplace Advisor and power monitoring solutions.

Schneider Electric deployed a Building Management System, EcoStruxure Workplace Advisor, EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert and 200+ sensors (VOC and occupancy sensors, Acti9 PowerTag, IP controllers, etc.) to enable real‑time analytics, smart cleaning triggers, space planning and condition‑based maintenance. The solution delivered a 20% reduction in energy consumption since opening, improved rental yield through space optimization, increased work efficiency from better comfort levels, and operational gains from shifting to condition‑based maintenance — all implemented by Schneider Electric.
