AICTSL obtains 80% operational efficiency through management with Schneider Electric

AICTSL, the Atal Indore City Transport Services Ltd., needed to keep 21 smart bus stations running reliably in a rapidly growing city while avoiding downtime and high labor costs—engineers were travelling 20–30 km for manual checks. To address this, AICTSL partnered with Schneider Electric and adopted the IoT-enabled EcoStruxure™ Asset Advisor and related EcoStruxure solutions for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Schneider Electric implemented 42 network cards and 42 UPS units plus EAA-IT, SNMP card and data centre software, and Smart-UPS 3kVA to provide 24/7 cloud-based monitoring, analytics-driven alerts and proactive dispatch. The Schneider Electric solution eliminated many site visits, delivered predictive insights and cybersecurity protections, and achieved about 30% better investment cost optimization and roughly 80% improvement in time/operational efficiency.
