Sidara, the consultancy behind the 150 Holborn headquarters in London, wanted a workplace that would unite its brands under one roof while meeting top LEED, BREEAM, WELL, WiredScore, and SmartScore standards. The company also needed to improve employee well-being, support ESG and net-zero goals, and create a highly efficient, future-ready building. Schneider Electric was brought in as the technology partner, using EcoStruxure Building Data Platform and Planon IWMS to support the project.

Schneider Electric implemented an integrated smart building architecture combining EcoStruxure Building Operation, power monitoring, security, connected room solutions, and Planon IWMS to centralize data, automate maintenance, and optimize space and energy use. The results included 24/7 uptime, a 90-point WELL comfort score in 2024, WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications, BREEAM Outstanding certification, and stronger operational efficiency and sustainability. Schneider Electric’s data-driven approach also helped Sidara improve maintenance response times, reduce downtime, and make better decisions about workspace and energy use.
