Case Study: PKZ Group achieves real-time multichannel e‑commerce transformation with Scheer E2E AG's E2E BRIDGE

A Scheer E2E AG Case Study

Preview of the PKZ Group Case Study

The E2E BRIDGE in use at the PKZ Group

The PKZ Group is a Swiss family-owned fashion retailer (about 700 employees, CHF 204M revenue) operating brands such as PKZ, Burger and Feldpausch. Faced with changing buying behavior, the company needed to move from a store-centric model with daily batch ERP processing to a 24/7 multichannel e-commerce approach—supporting online orders, in-store pickup and returns, and loyalty point handling—without disrupting daily operations.

PKZ adapted its existing ERP for real-time use, added cost‑efficient cloud services (CRM, payment, return logistics) and used the Scheer E2E BRIDGE as model-based “glueware” to integrate data, services and processes and align business and IT. A three-day proof-of-concept for sales-data quality validated the approach, leading to a new e‑shop and loyalty program while reducing development and operations complexity, improving data quality and keeping all stakeholders continuously involved.
