Case Study: Landwirtschaftsverlag Münster achieves rapid ERP migration and unified process integration with Scheer E2E AG's E2E BRIDGE

A Scheer E2E AG Case Study

Preview of the Landwirtschaftsverlag Case Study

Innovative and flexible business models driven by a processoriented integration strategy

Landwirtschaftsverlag Münster (LV) is a leading European publisher for farming and agriculture with over 500 employees and a portfolio that includes more than 20 specialist titles and the best‑selling magazine Landlust. LV faced a complex modernization challenge: a heterogeneous, dated IT landscape with many undocumented point‑to‑point interfaces, a planned ERP replacement, and dispersed knowledge that risked slowing down business automation and domain expansion.

LV adopted the E2E BRIDGE as a central, model‑driven integration platform and data hub, using BPMN/UML executable models to bring business, development and operations together. Three pilot use cases—CRM↔ERP synchronization, migration of Gypsilon accounts receivable to MS Dynamics NAV, and newsletter order sync with xQueue—were implemented with a single tool in under 10 weeks, yielding faster time‑to‑market, reusable legacy encapsulation, easy onboarding for non‑programmers, and improved alignment across stakeholders.
