Kneipp GmbH, a Würzburg-based international maker of natural personal care, bath and health products, needed to improve the shopping experience by tightly linking its online shop and flagship stores. The company faced fragmented, point-to-point integrations across Magento, SAP, POS, PIM and media systems, missing documentation, and the need to automate and synchronize item master data and inventory without costly SAP rewrites — after a prior integration had failed to meet expectations.

Kneipp implemented Scheer PAS BRIDGE, a model-driven, low-code integration platform that centralized interfaces, synchronized item data and stock levels, and enabled quick Magento–SAP–POS integration using reusable templates, microservices and data caching. The result was a fast, transparent and risk-averse rollout of omni-channel capabilities across Germany, the U.S. and the Netherlands, automated stock synchronization, documented processes and dashboards, and greater flexibility to respond to future business and technical needs.
