How Jesuit High School Used Sched For Social Justice

Jesuit High School in Portland, OR used Sched to turn its Jesuit Day of Community & Action into a virtual mini-conference for Social Justice Week when in-person gatherings were no longer possible. The school needed a way to organize attendance for more than 1,400 students, faculty, and staff, while keeping the event private and making a large set of workshops easy to navigate.

With Sched, Jesuit High School set up the event using a small team of three people, added additional admins to collaborate in real time, and published a color-coded agenda for more than 30 workshops and a keynote session. Sched helped keep participant information secure and attendees engaged, and the school reported hugely positive feedback from the community; Jesuit High School said it would definitely use Sched again, even if future events could return in person.
