SC&H Group implemented Oracle Hyperion Planning to create a centralized, web-based budgeting and forecasting model integrated with PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resources. The solution automated nightly data loads, built contractor-specific revenue and indirect rate rules, eliminated manual spreadsheet manipulation, and reduced budgeting/forecasting cycles from five days to about 15–20 minutes while reallocating over 500 analysts to higher-value analysis.
