Hilton Worldwide, the global hospitality company behind more than 4,900 properties in 104 countries, needed to modernize its property-level budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Its legacy systems, spreadsheet-heavy processes, and inconsistent regional definitions were slowing planning cycles and making it difficult for leaders to get accurate, timely insights. SC&H Group helped address this challenge with Oracle’s Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

SC&H Group configured and deployed Oracle PBCS for more than 2,500 users, creating a standardized, driver-based cloud planning model with automated integrations, self-service reporting, and improved global consistency across Hilton’s finance processes. The result was a 40% improvement in global EBITDA forecast accuracy, faster and more efficient planning cycles, better visibility into key business drivers, and a scalable platform that supports global operations across three data centers.
