Stuckey & Company, a 27‑year‑old specialty insurance provider serving thousands of agencies and agents, was hampered by a cumbersome, largely manual FileMaker® system with more than 2 million attached files. Needing automation across quoting, invoicing, carrier/product management, reporting, compliance and agent licensing, Stuckey & Company turned to The Scarpetta Group, Inc and its Jarvis CRM™ to replace and modernize their core processes.

The Scarpetta Group, Inc customized Jarvis CRM™ to automate renewals, commissions, agent portals and communications—most notably integrating with The Hartford via XML to automatically attach and route renewing policies—resulting in roughly 200 man‑hours saved per month on that process alone. The new system also imports commission data from 51 carriers, uses FileMaker WebDirect for agent self‑service, automates emails and tracks performance and tasks, delivering significant efficiency gains and simpler day‑to‑day operations.
