Three Mobile deployed Scanmarket’s eRFx as a single-instance platform with shared templates, processes and repository, enabling local teams to run projects while preserving corporate visibility and audit trails. During the initial rollout more than 80 sourcing events delivered strong participation and savings, users relied heavily on the Quick Call support feature (“You’re in the middle of doing something, you want an answer, and it’s there”), and the company is planning to scale events and users significantly.
