Symfact implemented a full-lifecycle contract management solution for sports and event agreements, supporting three templates (Income, Costs, Other) with metadata & document handling, clause-level obligation control, automated date/event notifications, audit trails and full-text search. The deployment standardized global review processes, automated alerts and non-compliance tracking, reduced monitoring and review costs, improved obligation accuracy and scoring, and materially lowered organization-wide risk and exposure.
