Staples, a large U.S. retail business, wanted to use mobile marketing to drive more conversions while also delivering value to shoppers and supporting key sales milestones. To meet this goal, Staples worked with Scanbuy and its ScanLife Mobile Engagement Platform to create an in-store QR code campaign.

Scanbuy helped Staples add QR codes to in-store displays featuring “buy now and save” offers, product recommendations, customer reviews, and detailed product information. The campaign supported mCommerce, increased campaign awareness, and gave Staples the flexibility to update offers without reprinting materials, helping improve the effectiveness of its in-store marketing.
