The New York International Auto Show worked with Scanbuy to find a better way to add value for potential attendees for the 2011 event. Their challenge was to provide general event information and discounts while also building excitement around the show itself, using a mobile-friendly experience.
Scanbuy used ScanLife QR Codes in a print campaign to let users access ticket discounts, learn about the venue, and view photos that highlighted the show’s activities and products. The campaign also generated useful audience analytics for the New York International Auto Show, including age, gender, and OS type, giving the organizers measurable insight into their mobile audience.
