Case Study: Inheaden scales startup infrastructure and supports rapid growth with Scaleway Containers

A Scaleway Case Study

Preview of the Inheaden Case Study

How Scaleway supports Inheaden — a startup and startup incubator

Inheaden, an IT startup and incubator based in Germany, needed a new cloud provider that could guarantee data sovereignty and a no-vendor-lock-in policy. They sought a solution that offered managed services, a complete instance ecosystem, and integration with tools like Terraform, leading them to partner with Scaleway and use products like Kubernetes Kosmos.

Scaleway provided a developer-friendly ecosystem with managed Kubernetes services, enabling Inheaden to build a decentralized, multi-cloud infrastructure. This solution gave Inheaden control over their architecture and hosting locations. As a result, Inheaden successfully scaled its own operations and recommended Scaleway to its incubator startups, such as IoT Venture, which then managed to scale from 40,000 to over 140,000 devices.
