Secretlab managed its Windows desktops deployed in the gaming zone with Scalefusion MDM

SecretLab, a Singapore-based furniture company that designs and manufactures gaming chairs, created a gaming zone outfitted with Windows desktops but faced frequent device downtime and unwanted web access that harmed the customer experience. To manage and secure these endpoints, SecretLab partnered with Scalefusion and deployed Scalefusion Windows MDM.

Scalefusion locked down the gaming-zone desktops, enforced website restrictions, and used Remote Cast and Control plus DeepDive analytics to remotely troubleshoot issues and monitor device health; Scalefusion’s support team also assisted with enrollment. The result was eliminated system errors, significantly reduced device downtime, faster remediation, a holistic view of device inventory, and lower costs from reduced physical troubleshooting.
