Scalefocus worked with a global illiquid asset management providing company that digitizes trade finance, insurance, and loans for banks, corporates, and insurers. The client needed to replace a fragmented legacy platform with a more cohesive, user-friendly system that could support account receivables, supply chain finance, insurance, and post-trade settlement while enabling new revenue streams and improving operational efficiency.

Scalefocus re-engineered the platform on Azure using a microservices architecture with .NET 6, Cosmos DB, Logic Apps, SQL Database, Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes, and also delivered a blockchain utility plus white-label capabilities and Salesforce integrations. Built in under a year, the new cloud-native solution went live across the USA, Europe, and Asia, brought the full product suite online with all key participants onboarded, and helped create a single platform for multi-million-dollar trade finance transactions with greater efficiency, broader liquidity access, and a complete visual revamp.
