Reading Muhlenberg Career & Technology Center (RMCTC) is a Pennsylvania vocational school offering 30 hands-on technical programs, but its IT infrastructure had deteriorated badly: EMC CLARiiON servers and a decade-old network were failing, VMware licenses had lapsed, the Exchange server and backups were corrupted, and the school faced up to 90% loss of mission‑critical data. With a new IT administrator onboard and a new school year approaching, RMCTC needed a fast, easy-to-manage solution to restore operations and prevent future data loss.
