Canadian Museum of History - Customer Case Study

The Canadian Museum of History, along with the Canadian War Museum, needed to simplify a highly complex IT environment that was causing slowdowns and work stoppages. They turned to Scale Computing and its HC3 hyperconverged platform to replace a mix of SANs, switches, physical servers, and other disparate infrastructure with a more unified solution.

Scale Computing implemented its HC3 platform to provide virtualization, replication, snapshotting, cloning, DR, and management in one system. The result was a smoother migration and a much simpler infrastructure, with 85% of the museums’ critical systems now running on HC3 and lower out-of-pocket costs from eliminating external storage and virtualization software licenses.
