Scalable real-time event manager based on Akka streams and a highly reliable, scalable, and unified interface for payment products

The customer, Qvantel, faced the challenge of supporting the rapid growth of its digital business services. They required expert assistance on two key projects: building a scalable Real-Time Event Manager to process thousands of messages per second with low latency, and developing a highly reliable and unified Mobile API Adapter interface for its payment products. They engaged the vendor, Scalac, to provide experienced Scala experts.

Scalac implemented a scalable Real-Time Event Manager solution based on Akka Streams, which allowed Qvantel to easily deploy new application instances without performance concerns. For the second project, Scalac built the robust Mobile API Adapter. The results were a reliable, low-bug codebase that enabled Qvantel's teams to work effectively, with the solution architecture and direct client communication handled by the Scalac team.
