Migrating & building a new product for all-in-one developer platform

Conduktor, an all-in-one developer platform for Apache Kafka, faced challenges with a legacy Java codebase that was causing errors and hindering maintenance. They enlisted Scalac for Scala development outsourcing to migrate the legacy system and build new features for their end-to-end testing product.

Scalac implemented a smart migration strategy, creating infrastructure for an incremental transition and developing new functionalities. The partnership resulted in the successful migration of 38 out of 58 endpoints and the launch of new application features without any issues, all within a five-month period from start to launch.
