Conduktor, an all-in-one developer platform for Apache Kafka, faced challenges with a legacy Java codebase that was causing errors and hindering maintenance. They enlisted Scalac for Scala development outsourcing to migrate the legacy system and build new features for their end-to-end testing product.

Scalac implemented a smart migration strategy, creating infrastructure for an incremental transition and developing new functionalities.
