UnoLink successfully installs the first dynamic digital audiovisual channel inside Hospital de Clínicas Caracas

Hospital de Clínicas Caracas, one of Venezuela’s most technologically advanced health institutions, needed a better way to communicate with patients and visitors while they waited. The hospital partnered with UnoLink to launch “Vida,” a dynamic digital audiovisual network powered by Scala’s InfoChannel software, replacing standard TV sets with customized health, entertainment, and advertising content across waiting areas.

Scala helped enable a 24/7 multimedia solution with 14 high-definition screens installed in eight areas of the hospital, each tailored to its location. The result was a highly favorable response from patients and visitors, shorter perceived wait times, and a flexible communications platform that the hospital said delivered fast, high-quality service and improved institutional outreach.
