Toyota Dealership Rebuilds Facility and Brand Image with Digital Signage

The customer, Toyota Belgium, sought a more efficient and modern method to communicate with clients in its dealer network showrooms, moving beyond traditional print materials to promote services and accessories. They partnered with vendor Scala, utilizing their digital signage software through integrator DOBIT to implement a dynamic screen-based system for their customer waiting areas.

The solution implemented by Scala involved a centrally managed network of large information screens and interactive touchscreens, which informed, promoted, and sold products to customers. The project was a success, with 50 dealers immediately adopting the system after a trial, leading to significantly reduced print costs, enhanced reputation, and high satisfaction. A new project to create interactive parts catalog displays is already planned.
