Toyo Tires faced a challenge building brand awareness on a limited advertising budget, especially while customers waited for service at dealers. Looking for a better way to reach and educate buyers, Toyo Tires launched a retail TV network with Scala software for its Canadian dealer base.

Scala provided the digital signage platform that powered the network, later managed by The Data Works, with content tailored to inform, entertain, and promote products and services in-store. The solution helped drive sales lift, including reported wiper blade sales that one dealer attributed 100% to the network, and expanded to 79 OK Tire stores with plans for broader rollout across up to 1,600 dealer sites.
