Theme Park in Madrid Shows Off Scala’s True Interactive Digital Signage Power

Warner Brothers Movieworld Theme Park in Madrid needed a better way to share timely visitor information across the park, including ride queue times, show schedules, restaurant availability, shopping, directions, and ads. The challenge was to give guests fast, easy access to local, constantly changing information while helping reduce congestion and long lines.

Scala, working through specialist ASVideo, implemented an interactive digital signage network using six 42-inch tactile plasma screens powered by Scala InfoChannel 3. The system let staff update content centrally and display it instantly across the park, resulting in dramatically better visitor flow, fewer queues, and higher satisfaction; the screens also handled more than 1,000 touches per day during 12-hour daily operation.
