T-Systems and Power Media Launch the First Pharmacy TV Channel in Poland

Pharmacy TV wanted to launch a new in-store media network for pharmacies in Poland to promote OTC drugs, cosmetics, sanitary items, and medical services, while also giving shoppers useful information at the point of sale. Using Scala InfoChannel® and support from Scala certified partner T-Systems Polska, the company set out to create a dynamic “Pharmacy TV Channel” across a growing network of displays.

Scala and T-Systems Polska implemented the digital signage network with more than 220 42-inch displays in Warsaw, with another 120 players planned for other regions and a target of 1,000 displays within 12 months. The solution enabled centrally managed content, secure remote administration, and frequent updates, helping Pharmacy TV improve ad sales, increase sales uplift, and expand its pharmacy coverage significantly.
