Spain’s Banesto Bank Introduces Digital Signage to its Customers

Banesto Bank, one of Spain’s largest banks with more than 1,700 branches and 3 million customers, wanted to improve customer service and make its branch communications more modern and effective. Traditional ways of informing clients were no longer working well, so Banesto turned to Scala and its InfoChannel digital signage platform.

Scala, working through certified partner AS Video and Telefónica Soluciones, implemented the “Banesto TV” network in main Madrid offices using interactive touch screens and rear-projection displays. The solution delivered dynamic product, service, corporate, and live update content, plus a game that reduced perceived waiting time and captured customer details for marketing.
