Showcase Cinema de Lux needed a digital signage solution for its new Derby cinema to replace static printed posters and manual updates with a more immersive, premium guest experience. Working with Scala and Beaver Solutions, the cinema aimed to display dynamic movie trailers, box office information, concessions menus, and promotional messages throughout the venue.

Scala helped implement a full digital signage network using Scala InfoChannel 5 to manage 47 LCD panels, six foyer projectors, and 28 media player PCs. The system enabled independently controlled, up-to-date content on every screen, including live movie times, ticket status, and high-definition trailers, helping Showcase Cinema de Lux deliver a luxurious, flexible, and engaging cinema experience.
