Scala drives new KIA brand identity in Russia

KIA Motors Russia faced the challenge of reinventing its dealership experience to support a new “Red Cube” brand identity while improving customer communications across a large national network. To do this, KIA chose Scala digital signage, working with Scala Certified Partner Dismart, to connect dealerships and deliver consistent product, sales, aftersales, and brand messaging to customers.

Scala implemented a centrally managed digital communication platform across 180 dealerships in Russia, using over 540 media players and more than 500 screens, including video walls, standalone displays, and interactive kiosks. The rollout grew from three pilot sites to a nationwide standard for new dealers, helping KIA minimize network traffic, scale content management, and earn strong responses from dealers and customers.
