Saudi Arabia’s Second Mobile Service Provider Drives Growth by Providing a Better Customer Experience

Mobily, Saudi Arabia’s second mobile service provider, needed a way to stand out from competitors and improve the customer experience across its outlets. To do this, Mobily worked with Scala through PROAV to build a digital signage-based information solution that could better present products and services, reduce perceived waiting times, and strengthen the brand image.

Scala helped deploy and manage a large network of digital displays, kiosks, video walls, and Scala Players across Mobily’s stores, with content distributed from network operations centers and integrated with the Q-Matic queue system. The solution supported Mobily’s new Knowledge Zone retail concept and helped improve customer engagement and brand perception, contributing to customer growth of more than 10 million.
