Quality Living, an Italian luxury real estate and interior design company, wanted a digital communication network for its new four-floor concept store in Verona that could showcase its Prestige Collection and Easy Home collection while supporting sales, interactivity, and real-time content updates. To meet these goals, Quality Living chose Scala and its digital signage software, alongside certified partner Konvergence, to create a solution that fit its in-store customer experience and future expansion plans.

Scala implemented a network of nine player licenses managing 17 screens, including a 3x3 video wall, shop-window displays, totems, and screens across themed floors, all built with Scala Designer. The system added interactive catalogues, IP streaming for live chef demonstrations, and integration with the company’s web content database for up-to-date apartment availability. The result was a future-proof, visually engaging store experience that strengthened brand awareness and supported sales, with Quality Living reporting strong satisfaction with Scala’s stability and versatility.
