Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur Modernizes with Digital Signage

Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur needed to modernize communication and patient engagement during a major renovation of its new 12-story wing, while also keeping up with growing numbers of patients and staff. The hospital wanted to replace manual paper notices with a more modern, faster, and more engaging system, and turned to Scala digital signage to help create a better experience for visitors.

Scala, implemented with Click Grafix, delivered 45 displays across six zones, including waiting-area screens, a 6x1 doctor-directory video wall, touchscreen wayfinding, and a pharmacy queue integration. Using Scala Designer, the team created more than 40 reusable content templates and enabled quick updates and staff handover, resulting in more relevant information, zoned playback, and an improved, interactive hospital environment.
