A Scala Case Study
Optica Caroni, a leading eyeglasses retailer, wanted to make its in-store plasma screen showcases more dynamic and effective across its stores nationwide. To support that goal, Scala’s solution, DIGITAL SHOWCASE, was chosen to deliver content that could better engage customers and improve sales communications.
Scala implemented tailor-made high-definition video, updated graphics, and custom photography, guided by a 4-day study of customer traffic and behavior. The result was a more targeted in-store experience designed to increase foot traffic and support sales, with the first 13 stores scheduled for upgrade by the end of 2007 and further expansion planned for the first half of 2008.
