A Scala Case Study
National Commercial Bank, the largest bank in Saudi Arabia, wanted to improve employee communication and strengthen its corporate image across its branch network. To do this, it partnered with Scala and certified partner United Yousef Naghi Co. Ltd to deploy digital signage using Scala InfoChannel.
Scala implemented a centrally managed digital signage network in 40 branches and at headquarters, with screens used for corporate messaging, product promotion, and customer information. The system also integrated with NCB’s existing queuing application, making waits more pleasant for customers. The project improved internal communication and customer-facing messaging, and NCB planned to expand the network to all 300 branches within three years.
