McDonalds Introduces a Digital Flavor at its Outlets in the Philippines

McDonald’s in the Philippines wanted to enhance the in-store experience, strengthen branding, and keep customers informed and entertained with visually rich content across its outlets. To do that, McDonald’s worked with Scala, using Scala InfoChannel digital signage as part of a network managed by Globaltronics.

Scala helped implement a digital signage system running in 32 locations, with 118 more planned, and content updated remotely from a central operations center. The result was improved customer engagement, focused messaging, and additional revenue from advertising space, while the transition from prior software was described as seamless and supported by Scala’s network management capabilities.
