Infiniti Creates i-view, an Immersive Sensory Experience in European Showrooms

Infiniti wanted to create a more immersive, interactive showroom experience across Europe, but needed a way to let customers explore vehicles, options, and services at their own pace while still supporting sales consultants. Scala worked with Infiniti on the i-view digital showroom concept, providing digital signage, interactivity, and content management software to help bring the brand’s “Modern Japanese Luxury” experience to life.

Scala implemented a system that lets Infiniti centers broadcast and manage video and interactive content across more than 30 locations, with customers able to customize models, colors, trims, wheels, and accessories on-screen. The result was a more tailored “Total Ownership Experience” that simplified decision-making and improved customer engagement, with Infiniti reporting that customers felt their showroom experience had been enhanced.
