Scala helped Hunkemöller implement a highly personalized retail concept using digital signage and interactive technology, in cooperation with DOBIT. The result was a popular fitting-room experience that customers found comfortable and that Hunkemöller says clearly boosted sales, while helping create a distinctive, immersive shopping experience across 800+ locations and flagship stores in cities like Maastricht and Amsterdam.
