HSBC Banks on Technology to Advance Communication

HSBC Bank needed a modern, flexible way to improve communication with staff across its Dubai Internet City office and UAE branches. Working with Scala and Specialized Software Services, the bank deployed digital signage screens powered by Scala InfoChannel® software to replace paper-based updates and keep employees informed with timely messages.

Scala implemented the digital signage network and gave HSBC the ability to manage and update content directly after installation. The solution improved internal communication, helped cascade promotions and branch-level information, and was successful enough that HSBC expanded it into customer-facing areas, with plans to extend it further to ATM locations.
