Melt Shop, a growing fast-casual restaurant known for home-cooked food and hand-spun milkshakes, needed digital menu boards for its newest locations to clearly show offerings and pricing while also creating a more engaging customer experience. It turned to Scala and partner Zero-In for a stand-out signage solution that could be updated easily across locations.

Using the Scala platform, Zero-In installed three digital displays and built a cloud-based content system with Scala Content Manager so Melt Shop could manage menus centrally and update prices in real time. The result was eye-catching, customizable signage that improved in-store engagement and menu accuracy, with future plans to connect the system to Melt Shop’s POS for automated price updates.
