Digital signage and in-store radio provide a unique shopping experience at AW LAB

AW Lab, the Italian sports retailer with 150+ stores, wanted to refresh its brand and improve customer communication across its shops. To support its new “urban sport style” identity, AW Lab turned to Scala for a digital signage and in-store radio solution using Samsung screens in shop windows and behind the counter.

Scala’s platform, managed through Scala Content Manager, enabled weekly updates of promotional, branding, event, and lifestyle content across 75 stores. The rollout improved brand consistency, boosted the marketing mix, and led to increased store traffic, while making in-store communication more engaging and effective.
