Danish Business School Uses Digital Displays to Communicate Efficiently With Students and Visitors

Handelskolen Sjælland Syd (Zealand Business College) needed a faster, more modern way to share information and activities with students and visitors across its campuses in Næstved and Vordingborg, while also strengthening its image as an innovative school. The college chose Scala, working with Scala Certified Partner Calamus and Scala 5 software, to address the challenge of keeping content current and relevant without relying on manual updates.

Scala and Calamus implemented a network of 25 digital displays across the two campuses, with automated scheduling and integration to the school’s activity calendar and news feeds. The solution saved staff time, ensured messages were always up to date, and improved communication with noticeable results: the displays attracted attention, delivered essential information effectively, and gave the school a more professional overall appearance.
