Christie MicroTiles Uses Scala to Treat EMEA Head Office Visitors to a Visual Feast

Christie, the visual solutions technology company, wanted its EMEA head office refurbishment to reflect the same premium standard as its products while showcasing the value of Christie MicroTiles to visitors. Christie turned to Scala, using Scala Services and Scala Content Management and Playback to create a visually striking visitor experience, wayfinding, and corporate communications system.

Scala implemented a network of 101 MicroTiles powered by six Scala 5 Players on Blue Chip Vario E2 hardware, plus IAdea photo frames for meeting-room availability and brand messages. The solution transformed the reception, waiting area, trophy room, and showcase space, delivered live news and dynamic content, and gave Christie a flexible, high-impact display platform that maximized the MicroTiles’ effect.
