Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., one of Poland’s largest banks, wanted to modernize its brand and improve the customer experience across more than 420 branches. To support this challenge, the bank looked for a stable digital signage platform and selected Scala InfoChannel® for its Corporate TV network.
Using Scala and help from certified partner DDS Poland, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. deployed a centrally managed digital signage system with over 1,000 screens delivering product, service, and market information. The rollout supported corporate rebranding, enabled faster message updates without printing or logistics costs, and freed staff to focus more on customer service, with deployment planned across all 420 bank centers by the end of 2008.
